- Commercial Use:
The commercial use of the property for photography, videography, or similar activities is only permitted with prior approval and against a fee of 50 EUR per hour.

- Parties:
Hosting parties and larger gatherings are strictly prohibited in our accommodation. If this rule is violated, a penalty fee of 250 EUR will be charged.additional costs will also be billed.

- Illegal Activities:
Any type of illegal activities in our accommodation is strictly forbidden. Violations of this rule will be reported to the relevant authorities without delay.

- Local Guests:
Guests from the surrounding area (50km radius) must consult with us before booking and obtain explicit permission. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
