Regulations set out the conditions under which you make your reservation and rental apartments. A person who makes a reservation and pay an deposit, at the same time accepts the provisions of these regulations and is hereafter referred to as tenant or client.

Upon receipt of the notification (pre-book) by mail, confirmation will be sent to the client along with an account number to pay the deposit. Once payed advance reservation receives proper booking status (confirmed).
Advance payment is 30% of the total amount of the reservation and that a contract was concluded must be paid no later than 72 hours from the initial booking. The advance payment is not refundable. It may, however, be used at another time which is to be agreed with the owner of the apartment.
If the client will cancel accommodation for less than 72 hours before arrival, the client is obliged to cover the cost of 100%.
In case of cancellation and cancellation 72 hours before arrival or deposit paid the booking fee is not refundable. Instead, it can be used at another time which is to be agreed with the owner of the apartment.

The keys to the apartment will be given directly by an employee of OK Apartments in a fixed location and at time agreed. If the client cannot reach the predetermined hour, please immediately notify the employee of OK Apartments.
OK Apartments has the right to refuse to give the keys in case if the client:
- Does not have a valid identity document;
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- Behaving in an aggressive manner.
The keys can be given back on the day of departure in the place and time agreed with worker OK Apartments.
Departure time should be confirmed for at least a day before leaving the apartment by email, telephone or WhatsApp at +48 606 465 516 or +48 664 213 213. Business hours 8h30 - 20h00. If you do not contact OK Apartments then check-out will be at 11:00 on the day of departure.
Unreconciled extension of guest stay is tantamount to charging a fee for the next/each day.
Last-minute reservations. Reservations made within less than 72 hours before the planned arrival gaining status "last minute". Reservations require a confirmation via phone and the payment of deposit or a full amount. In case of missing phone confirmation the reservation ca n be  canceled.
The apartment is at your disposal since 14h00 on the day of arrival until 11h00 am on the day of departure. Arrival time should be established with OK Apartments 24h before the scheduled arrival. The condition of  accommodation is to pay full amount of booking and to present a valid identity card or passport.
There is a possibility of early check-in however this must be checked and agreed with OK Apartments.
Children under 6 years old pay no fee if they sleep in their own bed or with their parents and do not require any extra sheets. No fee for one child for two adults.
The tenant agrees to leave the place in the state in which he found it. Services for breakfast and dinner, wash and put in their places. Rearranged the furniture must be returned to its original place. The owner or authorized representative is entitled to charge additional costs if the object will not be put in a position in which he found it.
Our apartments are clean, efficient, furnished and equipped. People who have adopted the apartment are responsible to take care of entrusted property. Each destruction, pollution and damage due to improper use will be charged. The tenant is obliged to live the apartment unchanged.
Renter is obliged to  inform immediately the landlord of any damage or missing items in the apartment as well as to report damage caused by you or third parties during their stay. The equivalent of the damage and damage removal will be payed entirely by the tenant.
All apartments are non-smoking. 
Although smoking is prohibited in all apartments and for breaking guest is debited from 200 to $ 400.
The tenant is obliged to observe the principles of good neighborliness, including compliance with the hours of night silence from 22h00 to 6h00.

Organizing social events in the apartment is not allowed. For organizing social events, burdensome for other tenants, the company OK Apartments may charge an additional fee of 400 zł.
The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number reported during the booking process. If the number of people is greater than the one given when booking - OK Apartments may require an additional fee (40 zł (PLN) / person per 24h).
Lessee shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage it would cause in the building where the apartment is located.

Therefore, the tenant agrees to use the apartment as intended and due diligence paying particular attention to the proper use of the water system (and its equipment) and electrical installations and electrical equipment.
The tenant is responsible for compliance with fire safety.

Price of services provided by the Lessor does not include insurance. Customers use the services at their own risk. For sustained injuries, damage and destruction of property of the tenant, during the entire recreational staying landlord is not liable.
The landlord reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit in the amount of 400 zł (PLN) to cover possible damages caused by the fault of the customer.
The tenantis obliged to pay the full amount for the stay, despite the late arrival or early departure from the apartment for reasons beyond the control of the landlord.
If you lose the keys from the apartment the customer is required to pay a fee of 100 zł.
The owner has the right, in case of events caused by force majeure, cancel the contract / booking. The amount paid by the customer shall be immediately refunded - however deducted by the amounts due for services already rendered.
When making a booking on the website, reserving / customer agrees to put his personal data in a database The data will be processed only for booking purposes, to facilitate further reservations and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997. On the protection of personal data. The Client has the right to inspect their personal data and to update them.
It is prohibited to publish, without written permission of the OK Apartments, photos and other multimedia content, allowing you to identify the suite or part of it. In particular, the prohibition applies to indecent materials in nature, which may affect the good name OK Apartments.
Final Provisions:
For items left in the apartment, company OK Apartments is not responsible.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances independent of preventing the proper use of the apartment, we reserve the right to change the apartment with another of equal or higher standard of occupied apartment.
The pets are not accepted.
The company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused while staying connected with:
-works construction and finishing at or near the apartment,
-no media delivery,
The cost of the lease on the booking confirmation includes the cost of media consumption.

The term complaint should be understood that all requests, complaints concerning:
Existing or occurring conditions of stay in a rented apartment deviating from the standard specified in the catalog or published information;
The detected defects or deficiencies in equipment apartment deviating from the standard specified in the catalog or published information;
Standards of guest service by service;
Owner dependent on the circumstances that have a significant impact on the standard of your stay in the apartment;
Complaints must be submitted friendly and made in written or electronic form equivalent to OK Apartments.
The appellant claims should state your personal data with current correspondence address, e-mail address, contact telephone number and reservation number.
The complaint should include the apartment occupied by the advertiser and a complete description of the situation as well as the subject of complaints precise determination of the claim.
Complaints having the required form and content will be considered within 14 working days from the date of their transfer to the OK Apartments.
Personal data are protected under the Act of 29 August 1997. Protection of Personal Data (unified text Dz. U. of 2002. No. 101, item. 926, as amended.) To prevent access to them by third parties.
The complaint does not meet the conditions specified above remain without consideration.
